Lion, an AAK Foodservice brand, will launch its full range of World Flavours sauces at the Casual Dining Show 2018, to be held on 21st and 22nd February at the Business Design Centre, London.
Lion will offer visitors the chance to discover the simple way to bring the signature flavours of international cuisine to menus.
World Flavours from Lion has been available for several months via Bidfood, and will now be launched across the Foodservice market for 2018 and showcased at the Casual Dining Show.
The collection of sauces, dressings and mayonnaises has been developed to give caterers and chefs a quick and simple way to bring the authentic flavours of popular food trends and cuisine influences to UK menus.
The range comprises 17 sauces inspired by American, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Pan Asian foods.
