Made with 70% fruit, the coulis are bursting with vivid colour and fresh fruit flavour. They have excellent viscosity and can be layered and drawn into each other – particularly useful when creating jaw-dropping desserts.
Gluten free and suitable for vegans, they’re available in four varieties: Raspberry, Mango, Blueberry, and Passionfruit, each with a decorating nozzle for precise application.
