The wild-west-themed steakhouse in the historic market town of Louth specialises in steaks, burgers, grills and hot dogs – and Lion sauces have earned a place at the heart of the mouth-watering menu.
Oliver Crossland, owner of the award-winning restaurant, says: “We use Lion sauces in many dishes. Our pork shoulders are cooked slow and low all day before being smothered in Lion Sticky BBQ sauce. The same can be said for our beef brisket.
“We sell a huge amount of chicken and steak dishes, all of which come with or have the option of side salad. Our customers are usually impressed by our dressing range which features Blue Cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island and Honey & Mustard.”
The Ranch was named Best Place to Eat in the East Lindsey Business Awards 2017 – an accolade that reflects the glowing online reviews from customers and the restaurant’s popularity among a wide variety of diners.
As well as delicious chicken, beef, lamb and pork burgers, juicy steaks and succulent ribs, The Ranch also boasts an impressive range of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Oliver says his team are currently sampling more Lion sauces and testing them in exciting new dishes to be introduced in the spring.
“With the new World Flavours range, we’re going to be putting some pretty different specials on our menu over the next couple of months!” he says.
“I like Lion sauces as they’re very consistent and taste great. We have samples that we're currently tasting and testing in new burgers and to improve our chef recipes. The Americana range also suits our restaurant perfectly and we cannot wait to add them.”
