Asian style ribs


  • 1  Rack of pork ribs
  • 100ml  Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce


1.Preheat the oven to 130°C
2.Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the under side of the ribs
3.Season both sides if the ribs and place meat side up in a large roasting pan
4.Cover tightly with foil and bake in the over for 3-4 hours until the meat falls off the bone
5.When the ribs are cooked, remove from the oven and discard the foil
6.Turn the oven up to 200°C
7.Take a fresh baking tray and place the hot ribs onto the tray
8.Baste generously with the Maple and Bourbon BBQ sauce on both side
9.Place the ribs (meat side up) in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has gone sticky
10.Remove from the oven and serve immediately
