Beet Hummus, Spinach and Feta pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Pizza Dough - large
- 4 tbsp Lion Hummus Mayonnaise
- 1 small roast beet
- 50g Grated Mozzarella
- 50g Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 20g Baby Spinach leaves
- Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce to taste
Method
1. Peeled your beet, quarter it and place it in a blender. Blend until only small bits remain.
2. Combine the blended beet with Lion Hummus Mayonnaise.
3. Unfold the premade pizza base
4. Spread the mixture on the base
5. Add the spinach leaves
6. Cover with the grated cheese
7. Add the feta cheese spread evenly over the base
8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes on 200C
Option - add Chicken for a meat treat
