Buffalo Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 8 pork meat balls
  • 6 tbsp Lion Medium Buffalo Sauce
  • Spring onion
  • Lion Buttermilk Dressing

Method

  1. Marinade the meatballs in Lion Medium Buffalo Sauce for 4 hours
  2. Add meatballs in sauce into a tagine and cook for 40 minutes
  3. Finely chop spring onion
  4. Once meatballs are cooked through place onto serving plate
  5. Drizzle Lion Buttermilk Dressing over in a zigzag and sprinkle over spring onion
