DRESSED ASIAN SLAW

Ingredients

  • 20g Lion Mayonnaise
  • 20g Lion Korean Hot Chilli Sauce
  • Chiffonade white and red cabbage
  • Julienne carrot and mouli
  • Finely sliced white onion
  • Finely sliced spring onions
  • Bean sprouts

Method

  1. In bowl mix together the vegetables for the Asian slaw
  2. Add in the Lion Mayonnaise and Lion Korean Hot Chilli Sauce and stir through well to coat
  3. Serve with the Korean BBQ pulled pork wrap
