Fish Finger Burrito Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fingers
  • 100g white rice
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful cherry tomatos halved
  • Sweetcorn
  • 4 tbsp Lion Buttermilk Dressing
  • 2 flour tortilla wraps

Method

  1. Cook fish fingers for recommended time
  2. Prepare rice as per pack instruction
  3. Slice avocado and tomatos
  4. Once all components are ready place into a bowls into sections and drizzle over Lion Buttermilk Dressing
  5. Serve with a side of warm flour tortilla wraps
