Fish Finger Burrito Bowls
Ingredients
- 4 fish fingers
- 100g white rice
- 1 avocado
- Handful cherry tomatos halved
- Sweetcorn
- 4 tbsp Lion Buttermilk Dressing
- 2 flour tortilla wraps
Method
- Cook fish fingers for recommended time
- Prepare rice as per pack instruction
- Slice avocado and tomatos
- Once all components are ready place into a bowls into sections and drizzle over Lion Buttermilk Dressing
- Serve with a side of warm flour tortilla wraps
