Gluten Free Pizza


  • 100g sweet white rice flour
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 mls tomato passata
  • 20g mozzarella, thinly sliced or grated
  • 10g fresh basil
  • Lion Garlic Mayonnaise


  1. Mix the flours, Parmesan, salt, oregano and baking powder in a bowl
  2. Add the eggs and mix well
  3. Form dough into one large ball and roll out to form the pizza crust
  4. Bake the gluten free pizza crust at 200 C for 10 minutes
  5. Add toppings such as tomato passata and mozzarella and return to the oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts
  6. Top with basil leaves and accompany with Lion Garlic Mayonnaise

Makes 1 large pizza
