Gluten Free Pizza
Ingredients
- 100g sweet white rice flour
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 20 mls tomato passata
- 20g mozzarella, thinly sliced or grated
- 10g fresh basil
- Lion Garlic Mayonnaise
Method
- Mix the flours, Parmesan, salt, oregano and baking powder in a bowl
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Form dough into one large ball and roll out to form the pizza crust
- Bake the gluten free pizza crust at 200 C for 10 minutes
- Add toppings such as tomato passata and mozzarella and return to the oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts
- Top with basil leaves and accompany with Lion Garlic Mayonnaise
Makes 1 large pizza
