Hot Dog Casserole
Ingredients
- 500g Bockwurst sausages
- 100g sauerkraut
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp. Demerara brown sugar
- 400g tin baked beans
- 50 mls Lion Cajun & Tomato Dressing
Method
- Grill the Bockwurst until browned
- In a casserole dish add the sauerkraut and sprinkle over the salt and sugar
- Place sausages on top and pour over the Lion Cajun & Tomato Dressing and beans
- Cover and cook in 180 C oven for 50 minutes
