Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredients

  • 500g Bockwurst sausages
  • 100g sauerkraut
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp. Demerara brown sugar
  • 400g tin baked beans
  • 50 mls Lion Cajun & Tomato Dressing

Method

  1. Grill the Bockwurst until browned
  2. In a casserole dish add the sauerkraut and sprinkle over the salt and sugar
  3. Place sausages on top and pour over the Lion Cajun & Tomato Dressing and beans
  4. Cover and cook in 180 C oven for 50 minutes
