King Prawn Soba


  • 20 raw king prawns
  • 3 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Lion Piri Piri Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 250g soba noodles
  • 1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced


  1. In a bowl place the chillies, Lion Piri Piri Hot Sauce, hoisin and peanut butter
  2. Fry the onion in a little oil until soft and add to the bowl and mix well. Set aside
  3. Boil the soba noodles for 5 minutes and drain
  4. Fry the king prawns in oil on high for a few minutes on each side until cooked
  5. Combine all the ingredients and serve in bowls topped with spring onion and a lime wedge
