Lemon and Herb Piri Piri Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- fresh coriander
- 1 lemon
- Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce
Method
1. Smother the chicken wings in Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce and marinade in the fridge for 6 hours, or ideally overnight to ensure a rich flavour
2. Arrange the chicken wings on a rack skin side down and grill them until crisp, golden brown and cooked through
3. Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with a slice of lemon and a side of Lemon & Herb Piri Piri sauce
