Mango Moroccan Lamb

Ingredients

  • Selection of root vegetables
  • Lamb
  • Lamb stock
  • Lion Mango Chutney

Method

Combine root vegetables, lamb pieces, lamb stock and a couple of table spoons of Lion Mango Chutney in a large stew pot, cook in a hot oven for 4-5 hours and offer your customers a tasty twist on a classic winter dish!
