Maple & Bourbon Beef Brisket Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1  Fresh/ Part baked pizza base (10”)
  • 2-3 tbsp.  Lion Maple & Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • 60g  Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100g  Pulled Beef Brisket
  • 60g  Cooked Bacon
  • 20g  Sliced Red Onion

Method


1.Preheat the oven to 180C
2.Place the fresh/ part baked pizza dough onto a baking tray
3.Top with the Lion Maple & Bourbon BBQ Sauce
4.Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce, covering the dough right to the edges
5.Top with the pulled Beef Brisket, cooked bacon and sliced red onion
6.Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the dough has risen and golden
