MIDDLE EASTERN FALAFEL PLATTER

Ingredients

  • 50g Hummus
  • 30g Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce
  • 20g Shredded carrot
  • 50g Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 40g Moroccan couscous
  • 20g  Chopped fresh herbs – mint and parsley
  • 25g Chopped tomatoes
  • 10g Sliced red chilli (optional)
  • 4-5 Falafel

Method

  1. Take your serve plate or dish and place the Hummus in one corner  
  2. Place the Falafel on top of the Hummus
  3. Place the shredded iceberg lettuce and chopped tomatoes next to the Hummus
  4. Next place your shredded carrot and couscous in the dish
  5. Drizzle the Falafel with Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce
  6. Finish the salad with freshly chopped mint and parsley andsliced red chilli to taste
