MIDDLE EASTERN FALAFEL PLATTER

Ingredients
- 50g Hummus
- 30g Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce
- 20g Shredded carrot
- 50g Shredded iceberg lettuce
- 40g Moroccan couscous
- 20g Chopped fresh herbs – mint and parsley
- 25g Chopped tomatoes
- 10g Sliced red chilli (optional)
- 4-5 Falafel
Method
- Take your serve plate or dish and place the Hummus in one corner
- Place the Falafel on top of the Hummus
- Place the shredded iceberg lettuce and chopped tomatoes next to the Hummus
- Next place your shredded carrot and couscous in the dish
- Drizzle the Falafel with Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce
- Finish the salad with freshly chopped mint and parsley andsliced red chilli to taste
