Pulled BBQ Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breasts
- 50mls Lion Sticky BBQ Sauce
- 4 flour tortillas
- 50g grated Cheddar
- 1 tomato, chopped
Method
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Bring to the boil, simmer for 15 minutes and finally add the fresh coriander
- Brush liberally with warmed Lion Sticky BBQ Sauce and cut into strips
- On a flat tortillas spoon some chicken, Cheddar and tomatoes
- Fold in opposite sides of the tortilla and roll up burrito-style
- Grill for several minutes until golden brown turning half way
