RAMEN NOODLE VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Prep Premium Toasted Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Lion Korean Hot Chilli Sauce
- 1 Small onion diced
- 1 Chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 5 cloves Minced garlic
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Celery Salt
- 500ml Vegetable stock/ broth
- 100ml Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 200g Chopped vegetables (carrot, celery, spring onions)
- 50g Peas
- 200g Ramen noodles
Method
- Add the Prep Premium ToastedSesame Oil and Lion Korean Hot ChilliSauce to a pan and bring to the boil
- Add the chopped onion and tomatoand cook for 4 minutes stirringoccasionally
- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic,garlic powder and celery salt to thepan and cook for 2 minutes
- Add 2 cups of water and transfer toa blender/ food mixer and pulse untilsmooth
- Return the mixture to the pan and addthe vegetable stock/ broth
- Bring to the simmer and add thesoy sauce
- Add the chopped root vegetables andpeas
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Taste andadjust the seasoning as required
- Add the noodles and heat throughfor 2 minutes
- Remove from the heat and serve
