VIETNAMESE CHAR SUI PORK BÁNH-MÌ

Ingredients
- 100g Pork loin strips
- 6 tbsp Lion Chinese Char Sui BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Prep Premium Sunflower Oil
- 1 French baguette
For the Asian Slaw:
- 20g Lion Mayonnaise
- 20g Lion Chinese Char Sui BBQ Sauce
- Chiffonade white andred cabbage
- Julienne carrot and mouli
- Finely sliced white onion
- Finely sliced spring onions
- Bean spouts
Method
- Heat the Prep Premium Sunflower oil in a pan and cook the pork loin strips until fully cooked
- Drain any additional fat/water from the pan
- Add the Lion Chinese Char Sui BBQ Sauce and cook through4. In a separate bowl mix together the vegetables for the Asian slaw
- Add in the Lion Mayonnaise and Lion Chinese Char Sui BBQ Sauce and stir through well to coat
- Place the Asian Slaw in the sliced baguette and top with the cooked hot pork strips in sauce
- Serve with extra slaw and Lion Chinese Char Sui BBQ Sauce
