Fish Kebab Duo

Ingredients
20ml Prep Premium FireHouse
4 Tiger Prawns
40g Chorizo
6 Scallops
30g Mixed Salad Leaves
1/2 Lemon
20ml Sweet Chilli Dip
Method
Place two king prawns onto two skewers and intersperse chorizo and scallops on two skewers
Brush fish skewers with Prep Premium FireHouse
In a hot skillet cook fish until browned for approx. 4-5 minutes
Garnish with mixed salad leaves and fresh lemon
