Indian Trio: Lamb skewers, Saffron Rice, Indian Potato

Ingredients

20ml Prep Premium CurryHouse
200g Tandoori Spiced Lamb, Cherry Tomatoes,
Green Chilli, sliced, 100g Basmati Rice, 5g Turmeric


Aloo Gobi:
20g Potatoes, boiled and diced, 10g Cauliflower,
boiled and diced, 100mls Tomato Passata,
10g Onions, sliced, 5g Garam Masala

Method

Intersperse the lamb, tomato and chilli on a kebab stick
Brush the meat with Curryhouse and grill for 10-12 minutes
Add turmeric to rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until fluffy
In a saucepan fry off the onions then add the passata, potatoes, cauliflower, onions and Garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve the kebabs,
