Pan Asian Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
4 tablespoons Prep Premium Oriental Flame
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets - cut into cubes
2 onions, cut into pieces
1 red peppers, cut into pieces

Method
Cut the chicken into cubes
In a large bowl mix together the Honey, Soy sauce & Prep Premium Oriental Flame
Add the chicken to the bowl and leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight
Preheat barbecue for high heat.
Drain marinade from the chicken and vegetables, and discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
Lightly oil the cooking grate. Cook kebabs for 12 to 15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently.
