Slow-cooked Beef Brisket with Buttered Mash

Ingredients

30ml Prep Premium SmokeHouse
12-hour Smoked Cooked Brisket
200g Potatoes
25ml Milk
10g Salted Butter
50ml Meat Gravy
30g Broccoli
30g Baby Corn

Method

Brush the brisket with Prep Premium SmokeHouse before cooking
Boil the potatoes in a saucepan, drain, mash well with the milk and butter
Slice brisket and arrange on a bed of mash
Accompany with gravy and freshly steamed broccoli and baby corn
