Easy Fish Chowder
Ingredients
- 20ml Whirl
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 large potatoes peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs cod fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
- 100ml Fish Stock
- 200ml double cream
Method
- Boil potatoes
- Saute onions in Whirl until soft
- Add fish pieces and stock - season well
- Mash potato with paprika and more Whirl
- Add double cream and mash potato to fish and onion mixture
- Combine together and ensure is piping hot through
