Roasted Parsnips
Ingredients
- Parsnips
- Whirl Butter Substitute
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- Peel the parsnips and trim off both ends
- Add the Whirl, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well to coat
- Roast in the oven for 35 mins, turning occasionally until golden and tender
