Easy Fish Chowder

Ingredients

  • 20ml Whirl
  • 2 medium onions, chopped 
  • 3 large potatoes peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs cod fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 100ml Fish Stock
  • 200ml double cream

Method

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Saute onions in Whirl until soft
  3. Add fish pieces and stock - season well
  4. Mash potato with paprika and more Whirl
  5. Add double cream and mash potato to fish and onion mixture
  6. Combine together and ensure is piping hot through
