Garlic and Herb Twists/ Dough Balls


  • 150g  Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 6 tbsp.  Whirl Garlic and Herb
  • 6 tbsp.  Grated Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Divide the fresh pizza dough into 8 pieces (25g each)
  2. Shape the dough into a small disk (for Garlic and Herb Twists) or a small ball (for dough balls)
  3. For the Garlic and Herb Twists – spread 1 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb onto the dough disk, leaving a small gap around the edge.
  4. If desired, sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cheese on each dough disk
  5. Take the two edges of the disk and fold into the middle so they meet
  6. Roll the unfolded end upon itself in a neat, tight cigar style roll
  7. Fold the two ends together so they now meet.  You will have a crescent shaped twist
  8. Pinch the ends together
  9. Place 6 twists in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper and bake until cooked, risen and golden
  10. For the Dough Balls place 6 dough balls in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper
  11. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb over each dough ball
  12. If desired sprinkle one table spoon of grated mozzarella cheese over each dough ball
  13. Bake until the dough is risen and golden
