Garlic and Herb Twists/ Dough Balls

Ingredients
- 150g Fresh Pizza Dough
- 6 tbsp. Whirl Garlic and Herb
- 6 tbsp. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Method
- Divide the fresh pizza dough into 8 pieces (25g each)
- Shape the dough into a small disk (for Garlic and Herb Twists) or a small ball (for dough balls)
- For the Garlic and Herb Twists – spread 1 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb onto the dough disk, leaving a small gap around the edge.
- If desired, sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cheese on each dough disk
- Take the two edges of the disk and fold into the middle so they meet
- Roll the unfolded end upon itself in a neat, tight cigar style roll
- Fold the two ends together so they now meet. You will have a crescent shaped twist
- Pinch the ends together
- Place 6 twists in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper and bake until cooked, risen and golden
- For the Dough Balls place 6 dough balls in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper
- Drizzle 1 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb over each dough ball
- If desired sprinkle one table spoon of grated mozzarella cheese over each dough ball
- Bake until the dough is risen and golden
