Garlic Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 Onion, sliced
500g Sliced white mushrooms
1 tsp Paprika
50ml White Wine
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
100ml single/ whipping cream
2 tbsp Whirl Garlic and Herb
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Chopped parsley
Boiled white rice to serve
Method
1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan
2.Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, paprika and wine and cook gently for 10 minutes
3.Stir in the tomato puree, cream and Whirl Garlic and Herb
4.Bring to the boil and reduce the heat and bring to a simmer
5.Add the parsley and allow to reduce to desired consistency
6.Serve with the boiled white rice
