Mackerel Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 10ml Whirl
  • 175g penne pasta
  • 200ml pot reduced-fat crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 small smoked mackerel
  • Grated cheddar

Method

  1. Fry the mackerel and capers in Whirl while the pasta boils.
  2. Stir the crème fraîche into mackerel after 5 minutes and heat through for 1 min.
  3. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce, season to taste, then tip everything into a small baking dish and cover with grated cheddar.
