Roast Chicken breast with Garlic and Herb Glaze

Ingredients

1   Chicken breast

3 tbsp.  Whirl Garlic and Herb

Method


1.Preheat the oven to 180°C
2.Dry the skin on the chicken breast and drizzle 1 tbsp. of the Whirl Garlic and Herb.
3.Place chicken in a small roasting tray
4.Roast in a dry oven for 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear
5.Use a pastry brush to glaze the cooked chicken with the remainder of the Whirl Garlic and Herb
6.Return the chicken to the oven for a further 5 minutes
7.Serve with chips and choice of side
