Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Whirl Butter Substitute
  • Flour
  • Potatoes 

Method

  1. Tip potatoes into a saucepan, cover with cold water, then bring to the boil.
  2. Set the timer and boil for exactly 2 mins.
  3. Drain the potatoes well, then toss in the colander to fluff up their surfaces, sprinkling over the flour as you go.
  4. Put Whirl into a large roasting tray over a fairly high heat and then tip in fluffed potatoes
  5. Cook until golden and crisp
