Potato Rosti

Ingredients
- 100g Flour
- 4 large Potatoes
- Spring Onion
- 6 tbsp Whirl
Method
- Grate potatoes into a clean tea towel and squeeze to release moisture
- Chop Spring Onion
- Mix potatoes and onion into plain flour and create potato balls and flatten
- Heat Whirl and fry the roasti mixture for 3 minutes each side
- Place onto kitchen roll to drain excess oil
