Sautéed Garlic and Herb Tiger Prawns with Chargrilled Ciabatta


200g  Raw fresh tiger prawns

3 tbsp.  Whirl Garlic and Herb

2 slices  Ciabatta Bread

Chopped flatleaf parsley


1.Heat a shallow frying pan and add 1 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb
2.Add the raw tiger prawns to the pan and cook until almost ready
3.Lightly brush the ciabatta bread with oil
4.Heat a griddle pan on a high heat and grill the ciabatta bread on each side
5.While the bread is toasting add the final 2 tbsp. of Whirl Garlic and Herb to the pan and finish cooking the prawns
6.Pile the prawns on top of the ciabatta bread and finish with chopped parsley
