Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
5 tbsp Unsalted Vegan Whirl (plus a little extra for greasing)
200g Dark Chocolate (Dairy free)
170g Self Raising Flour
1 Heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
180g Golden caster sugar
230ml Unsweetened Oat Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
100g Chopped mixed nuts (hazelnuts, pistachio, pecan)
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C
2.Grease a 20cm square baking tin with a little oil and line with baking paper on the base and sides
3.Put 150g of chocolate in a glass bowl and melt over a pan of hot water
4.Set aside to cool slightly
5.Sieve the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar.
6.Mix in the melted chocolate, oat milk, vanilla extract and Unsalted Vegan Whirl until combined
7.Roughly chop the remaining dark chocolate. Stir into the chocolate mixture along with ¾ of the chopped nuts
8.Pour the mixture into the baking tin and sprinkle the reserved chopped nuts on top
9.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked and crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside
10.Leave to cool for about 5 minutes then turn out on a wire rack
11.Once cool, cut into required portion sizes
